In addition to the aforementioned Services, a Psychics and Prophets™ Advisor(s) may also provide astrological natal charts, which may contain astrological information for registered users of the Website, often times other information along these lines may be posted on Website as a matter of interest and entertainment only.

Pricing, Purchasing, and Billing Services: You agree to be bound by the pricing and billing practices of Psychics and Prophets™. All charges are payable in United States Dollars currency. Currently, Psychics and Prophets™ provides for a single payment option; credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payments to Psychics and Prophets™ may appear on your credit card statement as "PsychicsAndProphets™" as a subsidiary of Lady Sonia Lorraine Sales and Services aka Sonia De Lorraine Agency, or as indicated during your web session or during your call to the toll free or toll charge direct business number (whicheve/whenever is applicable). Psychics and Prophets™ reserves the right to change its pricing and/or billing practices at any time, in its sole discretion. If Psychics and Prophets™ deems the change to be material we will make reasonable efforts, such as updating these terms and conditions, sending you an eMail, announcing it during the call to the customer service number or posting the change on the Website, to notify you of said change.
All calls to and/or from Psychic and Prophetic Advisors are billed at a per minute rate, already calculated for your convenience in packages offered with specific rates and eligibility. The rate for each Psychic and Prophetic Advisor is posted on the website. Except as provided below, the applicable rate for your call is the rate posted on the Website and/or disclosed during the call for that Psychic and Prophetic advisor at the time of your call. The rates are subject to change and you are responsible for all charges incurred per call at the per minute rate of the psychic and prophetic advisor as indicated on the website at the time of your call. The charges for the call will be billed to the credit card provided by you during registration or such other credit card that you may have subsequently provided. Charges are billed immediately by way of pre-paid packaged minute plans offered by Psychics and Prophets™ with various rates based on Psychic and Prophet personal rates per minute, as well as specialty packages when applicable. We offer special rates for Loyalty members, please inquire as to these rates, as these also are subject to change, of which you are responsible for all charges incurred mentioned herein, as well.
Psychics and Prophets™ Loyalty Members Group:
Psychics and Prophets™ Loyalty Members who joined our Loyalty Members Specialty Program on 04 January 2017 or thereafter, are considered are considered Loyalty Members with automatic monthly purchased package. However, if your account remains inactive (i.e., you do not access your account and/or use your minutes) for any sixty (60) day period, Psychics and Prophets™ will terminate your Loyalty Member status and will cease monthly billing for the Psychics and Prophets™ Loyalty Member Specialty Rates Program. Any unused minutes will remain in your account. Psychics and Prophets™ reserves the right to terminate your account and unused minutes if you do not utilize Psychics and Prophets™'s services for a 90 day period. Loyalty members will be eligible for Loyalty members periodically offered special rates, however, they must be a Loyalty member in good standing to be/remain eligible. Loyalty member is a loyal member who is committed to purchasing time by paying for a specific package prepaid each month for at least 3 months before being considered a Loyalty member, and this must be consistent every 3 months thereafter to remain what we refer to as our eligible Loyalty members. Said Loyalty member periodically specialty rates or free minutes will vary per our choice, and will be offered randomly, though they will be able to show our Loyalty members but a token of our appreciation, thank you.
Promotions, Specialty Rates, and other Offers: Psychics and Prophets™ reserves the right to offer, from time to time, promotions or special offers and may limit promotional or special offers to first time or newly registered users. All offers are subject to change at any time and not all callers or online users may be offered all offers. Psychics and Prophets™ has several classifications of psychic and prophetic advisors based on a review and and star system from our clients, shown in the way of their rate increase(s). New client customer registered with Psychics and Prophets™ will get the same new rate with randomly chosen Psychics and Prophets™ advisor, no matter their usual rate. When purchasing your packaged minutes after using a new client customer package, the customer/client can choose the Psychics and Prophets™ they wish, and do so at that advisor's rates listed, though these rates as stated herein, said rates are subject to change at any time, and the customer/client should make it their duty to check to see if that rate, has in fact changed, before choosing their packaged minutes plan with any Psychics and Prophets™ advisor, thank you.
Conduct & Ethics: In order to continue to enjoy the privileges of being a Psychics and Prophets™ registered user, you must follow the guidelines set forth in this Agreement. As a registered user, you agree that you will not: (01) attempt to obtain the personal contact information of a psychic; (02) divulge your personal contact information to a psychic Nor request to be contacted directly; (03) use vulgar, harassing, obscene, privacy invading, or defamatory language during a psychic reading or in a psychic rating; (04) do anything to disrupt the operation of the Psychics and Prophets™ website, services or network; (05) attempt to gain unauthorized access of the network to transmit "junk mail" or other mass mailings; (06) advertise or market any services or products; (07) post, upload or transmit false or misleading information or take any action that violates the rights of third parties; or (08) make false statements or attempt to use financial or other information that you are not authorized to use. The above items are not intended to be an all-encompassing comprehensive list. At all times, Psychics and Prophets™ reserves the right to revoke any member's registration for conduct it deems harmful, offensive or merely inappropriate. Termination and/or Cancellation: You agree that Psychics and Prophets™, in its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement and/or suspend your account (or any part thereof) at any time, without notice to you, in the event that Psychics and Prophets™: (01) reasonably believes that you are in breach of the Agreement; (02) reasonably believes that you have provided incomplete, inaccurate or untrue Registration Data; or (03) decides to discontinue offering the service. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership to use Psychics and Prophets™ services, as set forth herein shall immediately terminate. If Psychics and Prophets™ terminates this Agreement, or suspends your account for any of the reasons set forth in this Agreement, Psychics and Prophets™ shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Psychics and Prophets™ will not refund any amounts previously paid and you forfeit all unused pre-paid minutes that may remain in your account. You understand and agree that cancellation of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Psychics and Prophets™.
License Grant: As a visitor to the website and/or member, you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Website (and its associated content) and/or Services in accordance with this Agreement. If for any reason your experience at Psychics and Prophets™ does not meet with your satisfaction then we ask that you do the following in order to receive a one time minutes in credit (minimum of 1 minute and up to a maximum of the cost of the initial 5 minutes of your call or online chat) by way of an additional five minutes of time so that you can speak or chat with another one of Psychics and Prophets™ Psychic or Prophetic Advisor. Credit in minutes only, as there are no monetary credits refunded, only minutes to enable another advisor connection, as all sales are considered final. Any type of refund can only be given by way of a one time only minutes credit of up to 5 minutes, per limitations and requirements as stated herein. Please provide this information within 72 hours as it is our position that the sooner we can address this problem the better the service we can provide our customers. However, if you report the incident after that 72 hours, it is not acceptable, as we are not responsible for what may only be buyer's remorse. The Satisfaction Guarantee contained herein is applicable only to New Members first call with a Psychic.
Limitation of Liability: You the client, customer, registered member, etc, Agree that Psychics and Prophets™ ("Psychics And Prophets") and its parents, subsidiaries, satellite(s) and each of their respective officers, partners, members, managers, supervisors, representatives, agents, employees, and attorneys and/or legal counsel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use, or the interruption, suspension or termination of/thereof, the Psychics and Prophets™ Website of any Psychics and Prophets™ Services or information obtained on or through the Psychics and Prophets™ Website or Psychics and Prophets™ Services, even if Psychics and Prophets™ and its parents and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, partners, members, managers, supervisors, representatives, agents, employees, and attorneys and/or legal counsel have been advised of the possibility of damages. Any and all disputes arising out of this Agreement of Services referenced herein shall be resolved by mediation, and if such mediation is unsuccessful, then by binding arbitration under the auspices of, and pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of, JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc) before a single arbitrator to be held in the State of Arizona, County of Mohave. In any dispute, neither you nor any other person shall be entitled to join or consolidate claims or arbitrate any claim as a representative of a class or in a private attorney general capacity.
