WALMART DRIVER HORRIBLE INCIDENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES NOT HELPED AT ALL.​ NOTHING RESOLVED.  PERHAPS, THEY DO NEED A UNION ?!?


I GOT MOHAMMED WHO'D HUNG UP; AND THEN I GOT A YOUNG LADY (PARDON, I DID NOT CATCH HER LONG NAME, SPOKEN TO QUICKLY), WHO HUNG UP AS WELL.


THEN I REACHED A YOUNG MAN, NAMELY ALI, AND ALI TRIED TO COMPENSATE WITH KIND VOICE (THOUGH FALSE SENSE OF ANY SECURITY OF A RESOLUTION. AND WHEN ASKED WHAT EXACTLY WAS THE RESOLUTION HE WAS AIMING FOR ON MY BEHALF, THE PHONE CALL ENDED ON HIS SIDE.


MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND NO MONIES REFUNDED; WITH NO OPTION TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ORDER TO PICKUP, NOR TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY OF ORDER (AS THE SITE STATED AS OPTIONS); THIS SO CALLED OPTION LINK WENT STRAIGHT TO CANCELLATION OF SAID ORDER, THOUGH DID NOT ALLOW SUCH. COULD NOT CANCEL NOR CLICK ON ANY WORKING LINK AT ALL!!! 


AND THEN ORDER (WRONG PART OF ORDER ie Shipping rather than Delivery Order), AND THEN AFTER SPEAKING TO MOHAMMED, THE WHOLE ORDER WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND TO REORDER THE WHOLE ORDER VIA A MORE REPUTABLE WALMART (OR DIFFERENT MARKET AND SHOP TO ATTAIN THE ITEMS JUST UNDER $300.00 TOTAL).  


SHAME ON DRIVER: BERAT AND WALMART IN RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA FOR THE WAY THEY HANDLED THIS.  


ALSO, CHAT DID NOT HELP TO RESOLVE ANYTHING; NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR CHAT BOT.  AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO LIVE AGENT TO RESOLVE AT LEAST 3 TIMES (POSSIBLY 4) AND NO ONE EVER PHONED BACK.  

THEN FINALLY GOT A PHONE NUMBER TO DIAL WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF; THOUGH NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONIES, WITH A DELIVERY THEY CANCELLED COMPLETELY WITH NO REFUND; EVEN THOUGH I SUGGESTED CANCELLATION AND REORDER OF THE WHOLE ORDER AS A POSSIBILITY OF SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION.  

THIS IS RIDICULOUS.  

AND I GIVE A SMALL TIP OF 10% OR 5%; HOWEVER, ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AND IN DECENT TIME AND PROPER ITEMS IN SAID ORDER; THIS IS ON RECORD THAT I GAVE HIGHER TIP OF UP TO 20% INSTEAD OF INITIAL LOWER TIP TO START.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER SHOPPERS OUT THERE HAVING SAME OR SIMILAR ISSUES WITH WALMART, BOTH ONLINE AND IN THE STORE WITH THEIR FEW CASHIERS ON HAND, OR WE THE CUSTOMERS WORKING AS OUR OWN CASHIER ???  


I AM SURE WE CAN LOBBY AGAINST THESE PROBLEMS, AND WILL DO ALL I CAN DO TO RESEARCH, AND START GETTING SIGNATURES TO LOBBY AND/OR PETITION AGAINST WALMART, DUE TO THEIR CURRENT STATE OF SO CALLED MARKETING 

WITH THEIR LACK OF PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.  FOR WE ARE THE PAYING CONSUMERS AND PROPER RESPECT WOULD GO A LONG WAY WITH US. 


I WONDER, IF WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE WORKING AS OUR OWN CASHIERS, CAN WE PETITION FOR A UNION ON OUR BEHALF AS SAID WALMART CASHIERS ?!?


AS WELL AS THEIR OUTSOURCING HELP WHO MERELY STAY ON THE PHONE TO GET PAID FOR THEIR TIME ON THE PHONE WITH US, THE CUSTOMERS, AS THEY GET PAID FOR THAT TIME THEY KEEP US ON THE LINE, WHETHER THEY HELP TO RESOLVE ISSUES OR "NOT" AND GENERALLY IT IS NOT!!!


I AM NOT TRYING TO SAY STOP OUTSOURCING THESE REMOTE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS; BUT DO WISH TO STATE THAT POSSI BLY DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS AND PEOPLE CAN DO THE SAME, IF NOT BETTER JOB FOR WALMART AND HELP OUR EMPLOYMENT RATES.


I FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY NEED A UNION, THOUGH IT DID NOT SEEM THE CASE TO ME PRIOR;


HOWEVER, I AM NOW GETTING TRULY FED UP WITH WALMART AND THEIR ANTICS!!!

THE ABOVE AFOREMENTIONED POSTED ON BEHALF OF A CONSUMER WHO'D CONTACTED OUR AGENCY WITH THIS PROBLEM AND THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THAT WE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED REGARDING SAID ISSUES WITH WALMART.


More screen shots, soundbites, etcetera to follow, from this issue and Others who've suffered similar or same problems dealing with Walmart.  There are other places to shop, though Walmart has a Monopoly on shopping for all your needs under one roof, but it's sounding that this is No Longer a Convenience worth Customer's Stress caused by all these Frustrations ???
